Sniper Scope Rings

A neighbor has a set of parkarized scope rings with screws for the M81/M82 scope. He is asking $100. Is this too high, about right, or a bargain?

Are they the single piece split rings for the 03-A4? If so, that is about right. The two piece split rings bring a lot more.
