For the Army, the M9 (NSN 1095012271739) is still the standard issue bayonet. No other edged weapon has any official issue status that I'm aware of-unless it is done at the local unit level then bets are off; if you want a blade you have to buy it. Having said that, it is very rare and/or few and far between for any troops to be carrying a bayonet anymore. Bayonet training has been dropped from Basic Training.
Exception: graduations of the SFQC are issued a Chris Reeves knife but few actually carry it in combat.
For the USMC, they have a modified bayonet currently being issued ( NSN 1095015063424) but again, few tend to carry bayonets anymore. Individual purchase is more common just like the Army.
For the Air Force, they have the ASEK (NSN1095015186832) but see above, individual purchase is likely more common.
The Navy IIRC has a Mk3 utillity knife. The SEALs have the SOG S37 2000 knife (it was a Mad Dog ATAK for awhile).
The M9 is basically a utility knife you can stick on a rifle. I think Shooter is correct that it is the only general issue Army knife. What other services or small speciality units use I have no idea.
