Spanish Destroyer carbine C & R eliagable?

Anybody know for sure? Is a Spanish destroyer carbine ser # 66XX a C and R gun? My research shows it made before 1950 by the number. I also seem to remember that I have bought several over the years on my C & R license. Anybody know for sure?

Yes it is but be aware not all sellers will honor a Curio and Relic FFL. Neat guns I have always wanted one just haven't found the right one at the right price yet.
