I have a set of USAAF gunner's wings that are in pristine condition. Apparently they belonged to my Wife's uncle that was in WWII.
They are marked MS Meyer, New York over a shield.
Does anyone know if they are the real deal from WWII or are repos, fakes, etc? I find it odd that these are solid. All the ones I can find pictures for appear to have been stamped or made from much thinner material (sterling?).
