Hornady Pistol Micrometer Insert Instructions

Perhaps one of you more experienced reloaders can help me out here. I just purchased a used Hornady Pistol Micrometer Insert for my LNL. I have never used one before and it came without any instructions. Can somebody out there walk me through the proper way to use this insert. Thanks

You may be able to call Hornady and request a copy or it may be posted on their web site.

I sent Hornady an email a couple of days ago and have yet to hear from them which is a bit surprising. I will give them a call if I do not hear back from them soon.
