View Full Version : More pics of my rebuilt '03
A request was made on the CMP Forum for additional photos of my Dupage-stocked '03, so I thought I'd share them here as well, just for giggles.
The exposure is a bit dark, I plugged my lights in only to find about half of them burned out. Still, it's actually a good representation of the stocks true color.
I'm fairly happy with it for a first attempt. The next one will be better.

Thanks Fred. I was a bit irritated by the lack of handguard clips when the stock arrived, especially since I'd specifically asked about it beforehand. I left them off when I initially finished the stock and knew it wouid bug me, which it did. They're a small but distinctive feature and the rifle doesn't look right without them. I finally decided to whip out the dremel and have at it, hoping I didn't screw it up in the process. It turned out to be a non-event that took me no more than twenty minutes to accomplish.
I'd like to do a C Stock on the next one, so it's time to look for another project!
Absolutly beautiful! Looks like she has just left the Armory. Very nicely done.
Really nice! That is one gorgeous piece of walnut.
