About what date did Remington start to parkerize rear sights on the 1903a3? Thanks in advance

throught production, when new,.sights were plack oxide finished. {blued}
during repair and rebuild, they were usually parkerized.
i have seen a later sight, with a parkerized base {wings} and black oxide parts.
