Added a 2.5X Scout Scope to my M91/59

This was a nice mount from Brass Stacker. Solid attachment, but you can still use the iron sights. I had to add a cheek pad to get my eye level with the scope, but that was a simple fix.

WOW, that scope sits pretty high up. Not sure if a cheek pad will give you enough up to align with the scope.

There are Velcro cheek pieces that work really well. I have one on our son's PSL 54C which has an upgrade which puts the sight well above the bore. Try one of them and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

This is my 91/59 with a Darrells Scout Mount, and a LER 2.5X pistol scope. The mount replaces the iron rear sight and the front is removed, but the scope is mounted low enough that no cheekpiece is necessary. It can easily be returned to military configuration. I am real happy with this rig.
