I don't know all of them, but the top (or left) ribbon is for an Iron Cross 2nd class, next is the War Service Cross, swords IIRC denote award was earned on active service?, next is "The Order of the Frozen Meat", Winter War medal, issued to those that fought in USSR in the winter of '41-'42. No idea about the next, blue ribbons might be for Long Service medal, last might be for African campaign. The badge on the sidecap is, I believe, a police insignia, besides the U-Boat badge, Wound Badge in silver etc. Somebody will be along to give more solid answers. How did you come across these items?

Thanks M2Phil. Got an answer on another forum:

WWII Iron Cross Second Class
War Service Cross with Swords
Eastern Front Medal (Winter im Osten 1941-42)
Austrian Anschluss
2 Long Service Awards
Memel Medal

These came out of a collectors assortment (collector passed away I guess) at my local gun shop.
AS far as I can tell, the wound badge and UBoat pin are correct and original. The cap certainly is. The cap has 2 silver coloured buttons on the front end. I looked at similar caps at the Collectors Guild site but they all had the insignia at the front of the cap rather than the side.
The Kiel ticket is interesting - not sure of the significance other than a marine reference.
I picked these up at a very good price to use as display with a G43

On that eastern front ribbon , colloquial term is the Gefrischistfliesch (frozen flesh medal)
