Mid 60's .223 Ammo

I have some mid 60's .223 Military Ammo in 10 rd. stripper clips and in the cardboards. Is this stuff collectible or should I just shoot it up?

What ya enjoy more? Collecting or shootin. Me I like to shoot and as much 5.56 they make cant see collectors value in it. So...... sling away
