I have seen this twice now and I think it might have been funnier the second time.
I think I enjoyed it most because...well...it's just a funny show for kids without allot of deep artistic or political BS.
It does have the first (to my knowledge) Mexican super villain but even this doesn't seem to come off as a Politically Correct move or some sort of underlying moral lesson. Heck, I don't really think there was a lesson to the movie except family is important and kids need a mom and a dad. I'm surprised it hasn't been boycotted by liberal zealots, my God, a violent movie for kids with stereotypes and a multigendered parental unit....heaven forbid...LOL
The villain is pretty good, El Macho! is shown going into a bar grabbing a shot of whiskey, squeezing rattlesnake venom into the shot before downing it and then pinning his money to the bar with the snakes fangs......Yep, totally politically correct....LOL
