WWII replacement handguard - what type of stock, and any markings?

Only marking on the stock that I have found is the Circled P with sarifs. BTW I got those knobs I wanted today.

The stock is either from a Remington M1903 or M1903A3 or a Smith Corona M1903A3. Nice grain to the wood!
