Heck with it . It's a really cool ole Smith . Made in 51 , five inch barrel , five screw , rosewood coca-cola bottle grips . Has a really sweet double action and a looker . Kenneth

The old FDL rear sight with adjustments could be mounted on the five screw revolvers by
just removing the screw, the FDL sight came with a longer screw. I understand these FDL sights are still in use in South American with all the S&W Model 1917's and commercial models
