The inventor refers to this trigger travel-reducer as a gadget so that’s what I will call it.
The packaging is as interesting as the gadget. The gadget is completely nested in a hole which has been drilled into a small block of wood 1-1/4†X 1-1/4†X 1/4â€. The gadget and wood block are wrapped with the instruction sheet.
My guess is it was on the market in the late 1920’s and early 1930’s. The cost was $1.00.
