In over thirty years of searching I have found only four cocking piece sights fitting the 1903 Springfield
top left Lyman 103 windage cocking piece sight, Belding & Mull cocking piece sight

Lyman 2A cocking piece sight and last a cocking piece sight of unknown origin.

If you know of any other 03 cocking piece sights. Please post picture or describe it.

Michael,
Thank you for showing your really neat sight. I'm hoping to see at least a dozen more cocking piece sights.

Gary,those are very nice.
My first thought is how they must slow down the lock time.

I had a good look at a sight Clayton Nelson made for his personal rifle which was an '03. As I recall it was a new bolt shroud as opposed to one on the cocking piece. Nice.

I remember one cocking piece rear sight which was sold somewhen in the last 5 years on eBay, did you buy that one? It was impressively expensive, and I was outbid aswell.

However, as I've written I have a Belding & Mull cocking piece rear sight for the M1917 and British Pattern 1914 rifle.
