Pedersen Device Box

I know this is a shot in the dark. My odds of hitting the lottery are better. But - does anyone know what sort of box a Perdersen Device came in.?? Not the metal can or the canvas pouch, but what were they shipped in?

I suspect that a Pedersen Device was shipped in the same 10-rifle wooden crate as its companion Mark I rifle.

You'd probably try and ask Hayes Otoupalik, he aswell collects wooden boxes items were originally shipped with. And in case you find a metal carrying scabbard, please let me know :)
