I have a second Rock Island 1903. Its a RIA with a SA barrel. The RIA SN is 370xxx and the barrel is SA / 3-19. It also has a 1919 FG Stock. All other things being equal what problems does this weapon blatantly have? It has a 0 MW. I have another RIA with a HS barrel with a 1 MW and a C stock. Which would be a better keeper?

The first rifle mentioned sounds interesting. Pictures?

The first rifle sounds like a RIA receiver sent to SA for assembly...a legit, original variation, and as such is of more interest to most folks than the second, which is a WW2 rebuild. The "C" stock is interesting on the second one, though, and you may wish to keep that...or move it along for $$. Tell us more about the bolt and stock markings on the first rifle...
