While going through some parts, I found the attached and thought someone might like to view and comment on them. The palmrest bracket has been attached to the lower (and left) trigger guard. It appears that this trigger guard (stamped "22") also has two holes not used by the loading ramp.

show modification for a set trigger mechanism (could have been the Woody or Rimkunas) attached to the guard (left-hand guard), and the right-hand guard is a .22 caliber guard which appears to have the trigger slot extended forward, probably for access to the adjustment screw for a different set trigger which was not attached to the guard(F.K. Elliott?).

Mike,
Are you making reference to F. K. "Red" Elliott? If so, I wasn't aware he made triggers??? He was certainly the premier chamber reamer builder of his day.
I believe it probably is the same person, though I don't have a good reference for it - the trigger is mentioned in Hatcher, and since the full name is given, it seems probable. I've used many of Red's reamers, and there are none better.

I'll have to look for a mention by Hatcher. Don't use them much anymore, but have a drawer full of Red Elliott reamers. Thanks
Bill
