Here for your perusal is British Government Contract 1917 .455 Eley Colt Government Model Pistol No. W 92124 which was 1 of 300 shipped to the London Armoury Company on March 30, 1917. Photos show British Military Crossed Pennants and Broad Arrow property and proof marks.

Here are some photos of two .455 Webley barrels produced for this type pistol. You can see the notch cut into the barrel under the hood to properly seat the .455 Eley Mark I self-loading cartridge; the W (Webley) mark on the underside of the barrel and the Royal Small Arms Factory/Enfield Lock view mark (Crown) and crossed pennants military proof marks on the barrel links.
