Received this RIA 03 in a trade, Think this is a keeper. Any SRS hits?

I've never seen the stock cut out for the hatcher hole like that. Usually the hatcher hole is way above the wood line. Do you know what kind of stock it is?

Isn't that an early high wall stock which has been upgraded with two reinforcement bolts and an added Hatcher's hole?

It is, I have one in a high wood stock as well, it however is not cut out.
