I paid $400 for mine years ago and that was a bargain. A new one? I could see that. Right now I wouldn't sell mine for that much.

The idea that Clawson's book that was mass produced in the past twenty years and sold for less than a tenth of these prices boggles my iddy biddy mind. Unreal!

The first M1911 pistols produced cost just over $14 each. Now, just a box of ammo costs twice that much.
