unusual M1917 RIA barrel

I got this are a recent estate sale. I have never seen an RIA replacement barrel in 45 years of collecting. I know about the Johnson and high standard replacement barrels. It is 28406a 4 groove right hand twist. Arsenal new.

If it's 24 inches it's for a 1903A3 . If 26 , it is indeed a 1917 barrel.

I have a new unused one laying around for over 20 years, but it is gray parked. Yours looks blued in the picture.
