Bore condition is always relevant to me in assessing the desirability and value of a firearm. When a seller avoids listing bore condition, I suspect there is usually a reason he is not 'boring' me with this important information. I do get bored with pictures of projectiles inserted in muzzles and the meaningless phrase: "strong rifling".

What's not good is sellers that leave out the heart and soul of what they are trying to sell!

Bore, boor, what difference does it make?
Any purchase online is fraught with peril. I bought a rifle years ago (as a collectible...) with the bore described as "bright". It was bright alright, but the rifling resembled smoke tendrils, it was so shot out. At least it was cleaned properly!
