I picked up this little WWI gem. What they called a "Ruby Pistol". in better condition than many I have I seen. Has two different manufacture stamps, one over the top of the other (weird?). Has the "star" acceptance stamps from the French Army. Numbers matching. Shoot very nice and suprisingly accurate. Contact built in Spain for the French Army during WWI. .32acp

Star Pistol made in Spain. I have several Star pistols and they are good quality. I think the oldest is a 1921 vintage .38/9mm..

They made about a million of em. This is a 4 digit serial, I think built around 1916. Actually cool little pea shooters.

I believe the French referred to them as 'trench pistols', or similar.
