I thought I had posted this yesterday, the server must have had a hiccup. I have 2 different types of Rem cutoffs. One has a completely rounded boss by the lever and the other is machined flat. Is this a difference in production time frames, 03 verse 03A3 or does it really matter. I've noticed that all my 03a3's have the flat side. Would the round be appropriate for an 03, 3211396 or would it have the flat side? The round is on the left.
Regards,
CC

Answers are as follows:

(1) Yes.

(2) It matters only if you're spending a lot of money and expect the rifle to be original.

(3) Round Side.

Hope this helps. Happy Holidays!
