What method is best to use when removing the gas plug on one that is very tight.

First soak in Kroil for a couple of days. Then purchase the correct tool for removal. I have the T handle one and 12" cresent wrench to hold the gas cylinder while you remove the plug.

I use a very large slotted screwdriver with channel locks, Has never failed.
