Offered for sale is a legitimate, not messed with, beyond excellent original finish and condition Lend Lease Garand rifle. It has all of the features associated with these rifles including the flush nut sight, grooved lower band and a strong SA/GHS cartouche. Most of the finish is missing from the gas cylinder as is very common. Finish is all original on wood and metal and, except for the gas cylinder all there. Chamber is bright. All correct and expected proofs or other stamps are present. The front sight seal is present. Cleaning kit and tool in the buttstock.
The last one of these I saw sell on the Scott Duff website went for $4195 last summer. It had more finish on the gas cylinder, but there were many dings in the handguard.
I am offering this one for $3975, shipped in the lower 48. Three day non-firing inspection. Buyer pays return shipping.
