Does this Trench Gun look right

New to military shotguns but would like to get one. This is supposed to be a 1942 date. Does it look right? I'm waiting for more pictures. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

At first blush it looks pretty good, but need better pictures AND serial number.

The US no bomb is correct for that serial number. 4 or 6 row adapter can be right for that range - pictures still suck can not see the adapter will enough to know if it is real.
No pic of the stock, should have a cartouche.

Being unfamiliar when this shotgun I don't know what the adapter is. The stock does not have a cartouche it looks sanded. I know with M1 carbines this lowers value significantly. I sent a PM.

The adapter looks right. Lack of cartouche takes thousands off the value.

Thanks I figured the lack of stock cartouches would significantly reduce the value. What would you value it as is?
