Try Dick Williams gunshop in Michigan... they have a website & a toll free number.. They have the contract up there to buy most confiscated firearms slated for destruction... they dismantle them & sell every part but destroy the receiver.. which is returned to whichever police department it originated from. Google them.. When you call there.. you will be talking to a gunsmith 98% of the time if not all the time...
