I have been able to find data for other primers but can't find the cup thickness for the CCI No. 41. Any help would be appreciated.
Same as any CCI Small Rifle Magnum primer.

The difference isn't cup thickness - it's anvil height (at least with the #41's big brother, #34).

Same as any CCI Small Rifle Magnum primer.
Then which would be thicker, the CCI No. 41 or the Federal Match AR primer?

Probably the same thickness. Federal uses a harder material for the AR then their usual primer cup material.
I'm using Tula KVB556M since Remington 7 1/2s were hard to come by for awhile and so far they have been performing very consistently.
"...which would be thicker..." Likely neither. Magnum primers are about the compound used, not the cup material. CCI's "milspec" primers are nothing more than magnum primers.

The Mil-Spec primers have to withstand an impact test to resist slam fires. It refers to hardness of the material, not thickness. There was a reference to it in Handloader a while back, as well as some stuff about cup thickness. I think it was part of a series by Charles Petty.
