1903 Sporter serial number check?

Thanks! I take it that means it is a real 1903 Sporter, now just need to see if I can get it bought. It looks all correct and 95-98% condition.
Any thoughts on the market value would be on these? Seems they vary a lot.

On an NRA Sporter of that serial number range the serial number of the rifle will be on the bottom of the bolt. When the bolt is removed from the rifle the the extractor will have to be rotated to see it.
Condition is everything. Common modifications that reduce value are aftermarket holes in the receiver, modified bolt handled, hinged peep broken off, stock shortened and a recoil pad. In my opinion, first class customizing of the stock causes little if any decrease in value. Check the major internet gun auction to see asking prices of NRA Sporters that never get a bid. A pristine one sold recently for $4,800.00.
