Somebody here is rebuilding a 1910 Arms Repair Chest. Those pliers are the ones that it came with. One is in fact from a chest, obvious due to the rarity coupled with the U.S. marking, whereas the other likely didn't originally. It is the exact specific maker/model and an incredibly rare tool to find. Both are.
Show and tell time. The person putting one together has the right cans. Mind you I'd appreciate it if you listed your full address and vacation schedule....
