NM sights

I have a question for the learned members of the forum. Are type 2 NM sights for a Garand the same as M14/M1a NM sights?

I have a question for the learned members of the forum. Are type 2 NM sights for a Garand the same as M14/M1a NM sights?

It's my understanding M14 sights are interchangeable, but calibrated in meters. I guess that applies to NM sights too
