I needed to complete an 870 bayonet band that was missing its screws and made a few extras. These fit both the USMC 870 MkI with ramp sight and the USAF type with bead sight. If you have one of these, you know Remington used a totally unique type of shallow slotted oval head screw that can't be found anywhere.
I do not know if they will fit the various police types made by Remington as several variations were made. I have one random screw that looks the same but is slightly larger and threaded 1/4-28. The ones I reproduced are the proper #12-24 thread for the early military adapters. I understand some later ones might have been Parkerized but these are black oxide coated like all of the originals I've had or seen.
Price is $15 per screw delivered or $40 for a set of 3, delivered.
