Dutch M84 Scopes

Why is it that the Netherlands seem to have a never ending supply of M84 scopes? They have been the predominant posts on ebay for at least the last 12 years....

I was trying to find a better than the Jeopardy answer. Greece and Denmark don't post scopes like the Dutch do. Is there an authority out there that knows what we left and to whom?
