Hi. I'm new to this forum. Can anyone tell me the difference between the bayonet lugs?

In what respect are you referring to? Who made them, who used them when manufacturing carbines or what was used during rebuilding?

There are 3 types of front barrel bands. There is only one type of bayonet lug and it's on the 3rd type of barrel band so there technically isn't any "difference" between bayo lugs.
