Picked up one at North Store last week during games. The three tags caught my eye.
GAW stock with A4 stamped in left side. Win trigger gp,RA op rod, SA bolt , hammer and barrel new 1-55.
I have since changed out SA parts for Win except for barrel from tool box and headspaced.

I believe that the 3rd tag with the bar code is an inventory tag used for accountability from the last government facility it was held. I think you can safely assume this one is not a foreign return.

Took her out for a little fun in the sun today.
As it came from CMP raised ele. 8 clicks and win 3 right on 2x2 backer board.

One SR-1 target at 100 yds 7 rnds of floor sweeping HXP. I am pleased.

I don't sell anything. I do trade parts around on my own rifles. The SA bolt was as new from rebuild so it will replace a worn bolt in one of my SA rifles. Hammer was SA and is in the tool box. Safety was IHC an is now in the box too. Sure is nice to have a few new parts to go into this rifle. Now it is done and I know what I have to deal with. Next will be running the trigger/sear through my honing fixture and we should be good to go.
Dang I like hobbies.
