That would make for one heck of a rifle range off the back deck....
Good luck with the sale.
This is not the best place to list land for sale.
Sounds like a give-away price. Wrong state for me though--I like the hurricanes, tornado's, everyday rains/floods and all the mosquitos that come with it.
Wrong state for me. If single I would jump on it!
Where is the property???? State and county
The property is in Cooper County MO. There is a Wal Mart super store 7 miles away and the HST, VA Hospital in Columbia MO is a 30 minute drive.
I have split the property into two pieces. 47 acres of prime hunting ground and the 3 BR, 2 bath 1288 sq. ft. house, 24X36'shop on 10 acres with a stocked pond.
It is down a 1,000', 1 lane, dead end, alarmed drive and VERY private. Includes a 400' well, a 16KW hard wired, propane powered back up Generac, a integrated wood/propane heat system and central air.
The 47 acres are listed with the Quinlan Agency (660-882-6543) in Boonville MO for $100K. The house and 10 acres is not yet listed but I would take $150k for that.

The yellow lines on the map are property lines NOT roads.

Big booboo on my part. The deal in Leavenworth fell apart... it turns out the home I thought I had bought belongs to the bank and not to the "owner" It is now up for auction and the bid is more than the property is worth...
