OK, I go to Community - Albums - Create New Album - and nothing works. Probably operator error....
What goes in the title block? link to the pic on my computer?

Public is the default, so no problem there.
I am not part of any social sites so there are no pics there; I'm so glad I was young and stupid before they had cell phone social media.
