DH Sea Hornet, the design successor to the WW-2 De Havilland Mosquito. This could not have ended well, if the wingtip did not snag the island the port landing gear is certainly going to catch the barrier. The Hornet was caught up in the vacuum of aircraft history after WW-2 and saw very little use, mainly just tested and only a few used in service.
