Whole new ballgame for me. Picked up a Bula Defense Systems M14 type rifle at Camp Perry in .450 Bushmaster.

Now I have Hornady Dies

Strarlite Brass

Plenty of primers

Good selection of suggested powders and last but not least a couple of different bullets to try in addition to my cast left over from pistol days.

Barnes 275 gr TSX FB
Hornady 250 gr FTX

I feel like the new kid on the block wondering what to tackle next.
Whatta Hobby.

I don’t load for it but one of my friends likes the round. Range toy and uses it for a brush gun on white tails. It runs just fine at the range and he says it pushes through brush well.

The FTX is made for tube mags.
The TSX is a solid copper bullet that needs Barnes bullet data. None currently on their site.
Lots of jacketed data on Hodgdon's site for both bullet types and weights. No cast data. Lots of discussion about 'em here though. Matters what bullet weights you used in your hand guns.
