View Full Version : Trigger time
Nice rainy day so I thought some time in the shop was appropriate.
Installed one set of Shootingsight EBR trigger and lightened hammer in a USGI SA trigger group and a standard Shooting sight adjustable trigger in a Bula trigger group.
I enjoy visiting with Art at Camp Perry during my annual visit and always seem to have a few of his inventions follow me home.
This will make 4 trigger groups in the herd with his upgrades installed.
Can't wait to see what I " need " from his collection this year. Somehow I think a few more of his EBR profile triggers will be in order. Go Art.

how do the Bula components (stock, not modified) compare to USGI stuff?
I have heard nothing but good about the receivers, barrels, but not much about the smaller parts and assy's
As good or better from the dozen rifles I have put together using their parts. With today's technology it is reasonable to assume they can get closer to what is required.
I have used a bunch of parts kits from Orion, then CMP and more recently Dupage has had some M14 USGI parts kits.
Bula's parts kits have been spot on. They are currently producing everything except front and rear sight assemblies last I checked.

You sure have some neat stuff. Did not know about the adjustable trigger. Thanks much for sharing.

Thanks.
The triggers are not cheap, but to get the most out of my toys, I find them as close to perfect as can be.
Thanks for posting, not an M14/M1A guy but you always keep my curiosity peaked.

This is a good thing. Just one of my interests, but I do enjoy it.
