You know, the city should pay for all this damage, because of the refusal to provide police protection.

Then it should collect the money back from the welfare checks of all the participants.

Would you take a night time stroll through that area. I wouldn't. I use to go up there on business every month stayed at the inner harbor and was told to stay in the hotel after dark..

This isn't Baltimore but it is a typical of ALL liberal run cities. Only democrats could screw up cities as nice as these places once were.

It's not about race or skin color, it is about culture. The dominant African American culture is indeed bankrupt in morals.
