Thanks Bruce. I am having way too much fun.
The brake is an LRB that affixes in place of a standard flashhider and uses the same front sight. They are very well made and I highly recommend them.
Always keep a few in the shop for builds.

TRW was the original maker, as I'm sure you know. In the spirit of 'Thou shalt CYA', and assuming it is a real TRW receiver, keep in mind your ATF was running around confiscating real M-14 receivers several years ago. Their unelected civil servant 'no legislation required' law by regulation of 'Once an MG always an MG' was invoked. No compensation for the confiscated receivers either.
The TRW marked receiver is another of the James River Armory/Bula receivers that have undergone the simple attachment of the heel only to a new Bula receiver.
The windage marks on the TRW/Bula receiver are very light, but quite visible. If I were a better photographer perhaps they could show up better.

At least the mfg shows up better than many I have seen.

Fun projects at any rate.

All three pass the first test of bolt free travel.

It's a tough job but somebody has to do it. Took out the TRW with Heavy Kreiger SS 1-10 yesterday and ran 20 rnds through her at 100yds with LC 13 M80. Target shown is second target with 10 rnds. No change to sights after build other than 6 clicks of elevation. Hoping to get out today and make a couple of adjustments.
