These are from 1960's era "Plainfield Machine Company" M1/M2 carbines.
They are cast parts, but are commercial manufacture, not the Vietnam War era U.S. Government cast carbine parts that were contracted for or manufactured by the military.
Plainfield Machine manufactured the best commercial version of the M1 carbine, and these were available in full-auto M2 configuration for military, law enforcement, and Class 3 sales.
Initially they used mainly original military parts with new production barrels and receivers, but as the supply of available surplus parts dried up and the government ceased selling any more carbines or parts as surplus due to the Vietnam War, they started using newly made commercial parts more and more, as their stock of original parts was used up and could not be replaced.
Offered here are 2 commercial triggers with M2 full auto sears, these assemblies also include the trigger pin and one has the sear spring, the other doesn't. The hammer is the standard M1 semi-auto version, not the M2 type, and comes with a commercial hammer strut and spring.
