I can give you a hint the man died in a car accident and his grandson has been selling inventory here for some time now. Loved to get his catalog out and look at all the parts he had for sale. Also collected old cars and parts. Sellers town should tell who he is.

Joe DeChristopher. I did not know about the car accident, just assumed it was old age. He sure had the stuff, and then some!!

His grandson still has lots of stuff. Lots of old car parts listed too. I have purchased several items from him. His parts are first rate. Runs a website too. GrandPa's Gun Parts.

I had the pleasure of meeting him at Allentown in 1992 while east on business. Also Frank Mallory and Burt Kellerstedt. High point of the trip!

I believe that was/is the official name. I still cannot believe the merchandise available. I've been to literally hundreds of shows in the SF Bay Area, and never saw such items. Want an 1880 TRB? Well (choice of four) how much do you want to spend? Want a CW rifled musket? Same answer, but which maker and what condition. I was like a kid in a candy store - good thing I'd not brought any money.:banana100:

it's a good place to see things you may have only seen in books. most items are priced not to sell, but i always seem to find a part or stray bullet i'm looking for. they canceled the last show and the next in may because of the current situation.
