The Quacker said he wanted the virus to be over by Easter....So where and when does the parade....How about NYC...Quacker said on 22 Jan we have it totally under control....30 Jan We think we totally have it very well under control....We have very little problem in this country at this moment- five -and those people are recuperating successfully...So how did we get to this point....
