Store I used to work for had a sale on TC autos-$279. Got the last one. Probably just use it for Steel Challenge and similar stuff.

Thinking about optics, red dots and such. I'd like to hear your opinions based on experience with various styles and brands.

I have used the Bushnell TRS (25?) ,
a couple Primary Arms clones,

and a couple cheap knockoff type (the ones that look like an old Nydar or Cmore)


all did what I needed, but they are all just for plinking,

I do have an older 550--1 that had been swiss cheesed by a family member,

I found a weaver side mount that matched enough holes to work and had a cheap scope on it, but then found a Weaver branded single point type dot that fit the side mount

looks odd, but works really well,
