Glen Campbell was an excellent guitar player. Loved his TV specials when I was growing up.

That was great. Thank you very much.
While watching I thought to myself Glen could always give Roy Clark a run for the money.
Lo and behold, this was the next video up on the menu.

Beautiful!!!!
Some very fast picking. I've heard better at the bar on the beach by some really good players. But everything sounds better in a bar. It's called the William Tell overture. Pretty impressive for a few hundred years ago. Here's the Hi-o-Silver song. Not as bad as some of the western theme songs.

Taking a fall on the solid rock creek bottom had to hurt. I expect a lot of guys got injured doing that stuff. I know how Arizona looks. That looks Arizona to me.
Here is a document I got from an old time stuntman I met at G bar G. A bar where you might occasionally meet some interesting old guy. The black blob at the bottom is his guild card. I've met old Nazis(real, sort of, Nazis). A guy you could respect. I mean that in the best way possible.

Hey Mathies does look a little like Call.
As mentioned, that's The William Tell Overture. From the opera 'William Tell', whose music was composed by Gioachino Rossini. Debuted in 1829. Willy Tell a Swiss, used a cross bow when he allegedly shot an apple off his son's head.

Def. agree!
Glen Campbell was a distant cousin of mine. Then, again, west-central Arkansas..... where everyone is kin! LOL!!!!!!!
From Delight, (pronounced DEE'-light) his family whom I have met seem like nice folks, still living small-town USA.
Jerry Reed has been one of my favorite musicians as long as I can remember.
