Trw usmc barrel info

I found a 12/62 trw m14 with Trw usmc barrel markings
I cant find info about it on books or net.
Anyone have some info??

Do not know about the barrel stamps but the TRW 12/62 dated barrel is not correct for the serial number shown

1,31 million serial numbers show barrels dated Sept- Oct 1964

Correction: it was 1963

Correction: it was 1963

I am not sure of what you are trying to say. If a receiver was assembled into a working rifle in 1963, then it is very likely the original barrel could be dated 12/1962.
